Meal Plan Monday


Hope the weekend treated everyone kindly as we get this new week started!  We’re recovering from a weekend birthday party with cousins galore!

Here’s what we’re eating this week!

Monday – ground beef in brown gravy over mashed potatoes, corn, homemade bread (home food at it’s best y’all)

Tuesday – Homemade chicken nuggets with oven fries

These chicken nuggets from SkinnyTaste are hands down the best I’ve tried for baked nuggets!

Wednesday – Spaghetti with meatballs, roasted broccoli, bread

Thursday – Roast in the crockpot with potatoes and carrots

I use this recipe for pizza crust and sauce and it is so good and easy! The real magic is that it takes only an hour to make from start to finish though!
